Common questions

How do donations work?

Tip artists with one tap. We use Stripe to process payments — 85% goes to the artist, 15% covers payment fees and platform costs. Funds reach the artist's connected bank within 1–7 business days depending on your country.

I completed Stripe verification but it still shows incomplete

Stripe usually updates within a minute. If it still shows incomplete after 5 minutes, fully close the app and reopen it, then tap the wallet icon to refresh. If the issue persists, email us with your username.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account, content, and personal data will be removed within 30 days (some financial records are retained longer where law requires).

Copyright concerns

If you believe content on Musicity infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the URL of the content, your contact details, and proof of ownership. We process valid takedown requests within 48 hours.

Report a user or content

In the app, tap the three-dot menu on any post or profile and choose "Report". For urgent safety issues, email us directly with the username and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Donations are voluntary tips and generally non-refundable. If you donated by mistake or believe your account was compromised, email us within 14 days with the transaction details and we'll review case-by-case.
