How do donations work?
Tip artists with one tap. Stripe processes payments — 85% goes to the artist, 15% covers fees and platform costs.
My Stripe verification still shows incomplete
Close the app fully, reopen it, and tap the wallet icon. If it persists after 5 minutes, email support with your username.
How do I delete my account?
App → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Removed within 30 days (some financial records retained where law requires).
Copyright concerns
Email [email protected] with the URL of the content, your contact details, and proof of ownership. Valid takedowns are processed within 48 hours.
Report a user or content
Tap the three-dot menu on any post or profile and choose "Report". For urgent safety issues, email support directly.
Refunds
Donations are voluntary tips and generally non-refundable. For mistakes or compromised accounts, email support within 14 days.
